Department of Religion & Worship

KAILASA Department formulates overall policy and planning, coordination, evaluation, and review of the regulatory framework and development programs needed to conduct authentic rituals in Hindu places of worship and promote peace & religious harmony across the globe.

In the de facto embassies of KAILASA, KAILASA’s Department of Religion and Worship oversees the operation of Hindu temples and temple-related activities, ensuring their adherence to Vedāgmas. Since its establishment, KAILASA’s Department of Religion and Worship has established Hindu rules & regulations of conduct to revive the practice of worship that took shape as a cohesive body of binding norms safeguarding the authenticity of the rituals performed across the de facto embassies of KAILSA. We work towards promoting religious freedom by extending protection to Temples, artifacts & liaisons with Hindu entities.

Our Vision

We envisage facilitating the citizens of KAILASA to explore the spiritual dimension – the path for a deeper understanding of Hinduism and a better appreciation of the culture and tradition of Temples through the focus of ancient Vedic rituals.

Our Mission

To preserve, promote, disseminate and amplify the global message of Hinduism through authentic practice rituals and worship ​​in accordance withVedāgmas to work for the unification of all cultures of the Hindu diaspora and to promote peace and harmony for all humanity.

Our Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of KDRW to:

  • Ensure all acts of worship are performed on a quotidian basis in all sacred temples designated for divine worship
  • To create cultural & traditional awareness of the significance of rituals and deity worship at the grass-root level to the international Hindu Diaspora.
  • To train the next generation of temple priests in various aspects of Temple related activities.
  • To facilitate engagement of the citizens of KAILASA on the importance of ritual & worship through discourses, seminars, publications, and other outreach programs.
  • To advance Hindu and Vedic faith as per the principles and teachings of Hindu Scriptures by promoting and empowering the citizens of KAILASA and the Hindu Diaspora to construct sacred temples & practice.
  • To recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs to ensure the authenticity of the rituals.
  • To promote access to guidebooks and manuals by digitizing the guidelines to sacred Vedic rituals.
  • To spread awareness on the necessary Prāyaścitta needed to perform to rectify, repentant, expiate and the atonement of unintentional misdeeds occurred the performance of the Vedic Ritual.
  • To establish appropriate norms about the discipline to be observed to maintain the sanctity & sacredness of the Hindu Temple.
  • To ensure sacred celebrations are performed in legitimately established Hindu Temples worldwide.
  • To provide sponsorship and support of NGOs that promote the practice of Hindu rituals to preserve the ancient tradition of Vedic ritual.

      KAILASA has conducted various Homa (Sacred Vedic fire rituals) 24x7 in KAILASA’s Nithyanandeshwara Hindu temples around the globe contributing to more than 20 Million peace minutes over the last 26 years.
